Cultural Climate Survey Spotlight Reports
In Spring 2020, Georgetown launched its first-ever cultural climate survey, inviting degree-seeking students at our Main Campus, the Law Center and the Medical Center to share their perspectives and experiences about different aspects of campus life. The survey, a collaboration with the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Affirmative Action (IDEAA), explored how students meaningfully engage their communities around issues of diversity, perceptions of institutional diversity, representation of marginalized groups and experiences within the cultural climate on campus.
Full results of the survey were released in April 2021. As a follow-up to this initial release, OADS and IDEAA continue to analyze the survey data and will be sharing several Cultural Climate Survey Spotlight Reports which examine more closely the data gathered relating to a specific demographic of students or survey topic area.
